For many years, I lived with chronic back pain that affected nearly every part of my life.I consulted doctors, tried different treatments, exercises, physiotherapy, and searched for answers. Some approaches helped temporarily, but the pain always seemed to return.
Everything changed when I discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Inner Child Healing. As I gently worked through long-held emotional stress and unresolved childhood experiences while calming my nervous system with EFT, I noticed something remarkable. My relationship with my body began to change. The pain that had controlled my life for years gradually reduced, and I experienced a level of freedom I never thought was possible.
That personal transformation inspired me to train professionally in EFT, Inner Child Matrix, and The Journey Process so I could help others explore the emotional side of healing alongside appropriate medical care.
Today, my mission is to help families understand that healing isn't only about treating symptoms, it can also involve listening compassionately to what the body has been carrying.
